Kevin took his BA in Political Science at Columbia University where he first became interested in questions of race and politics. He completed his law degree at Yale and then entered the field of litigation. Returning to the academy in 2005, Kevin is pursuing the Ph.D. in Sociology with an emphasis on the problems of the Black middle class, and the virtues and limitations of legal strategies for addressing racial inequality. He is an active participant in Princeton's "LEGS" program, the "Law Engaged Graduate Students" group that is sponsored by the Law and Public Affairs Program.
