Matthew received his undergraduate degree from Williams College with majors in both Psychology and Political Science, arriving at Princeton in 2005. His interests lie in the perception of "just outcomes," particularly as it unfolds in legal and political domains. He has worked with Joel Cooper (reconciling the progressive nature of fourth amendment jurisprudence with the reactions often spawned thereof when it is applied); John Darley (loss of chances cases); and Emily Pronin (perceptions of rationality in negotiations).
