Please read before filling out the form:
- Have all dossier items ready to mail before submitting your online application.
- Fill out all relevant sections of the form.
- Fill out the form on a computer that has a printer. Once you have completed and submitted the form electronically, remember to print out a hard copy of the completed form to include with your dossier materials.
- Mail your dossier packet to the Selection Committee at the Society of Fellows. Postmark deadline: October 1, 2008.
- You may only submit your online application form once. If you need to correct information at a later date, email the changes to the Society of Fellows at fellows@princeton.edu
